The UCC, or Uniform Commercial Code, is a set of laws that govern commercial transactions in the United States. Article 2 of the UCC specifically focuses on the sale of goods, defining what constitutes a sale, the rights and obligations of parties involved in a sale, and remedies for breach of contract. While Articles 1, 3, and 4 also contain important information related to commercial transactions, they do not specifically pertain to the sale of goods and thus are not the best answer.
